Our Founder

Our founder, a Master Teacher of the Alexander Technique since 1995, brings years of training and experience in movement and body awareness. She also teaches Kinetic Awareness (Great Ball Work), using large exercise balls to release tension and improve mobility. With a background in Dance and Theater, she works with performers, athletes, and those seeking pain relief, offering a compassionate, expert approach to movement and healing.
